Stand Alone Depth Encoder

Stand Alone Encoder (SAE).
A hermetically sealed memory shaft encoder. This unit is battery powered and creates a memory-depth-log of the whole job.
A USB interface to the laptop and the Scarlet Logging Software allows easy setup and data download.
The SAE starts logging depth when the trigger pin is unscrewed, and will log depth for up to 55 hours.
The SAE logs depth at 10 samples/second with a 1024ppr shaft resolution.

The large LCD display shows line speed and depth when logging, even in brilliant sunlight.
